Rightback is an independent service. We are not an insurer, broker, loss adjuster, bank or law firm, and we are not affiliated with NAICOM or the Central Bank of Nigeria. Where a licensed professional is required, we work with one.

The free review

We review your insurance claim or bank statements and tell you honestly what we find — including when a claim isn’t winnable. There is no charge for the review.

Recovery and fees

• Nothing is sent to your insurer or bank without your approval.
• Our fee is a share of the money we recover for you. The exact percentage is confirmed in your agreement before we act.
• For insurance claims, the fee applies only to what we recover beyond the insurer’s existing offer.
• If we recover nothing, you pay nothing. Nothing is paid upfront.

Outcomes

Outcomes depend on each case, your policy or account terms, and the review by your insurer or bank — and by NAICOM or the CBN where a case is escalated. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Bank checks

We only look at charges your bank made. We never question payments you made yourself.
